Processing Time

All items at G.O.T.B are custom-made to order.
Please allow 1–2 weeks (5–10 business days) from your order date for production and processing before your order ships.

🧵 This time frame allows us to carefully personalize and handcraft each product to ensure the highest quality.

During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may extend slightly due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and location.
Typical delivery times within the U.S. are 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Any incorrect shipping information entered by the customer may delay delivery.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out for updates on our website or social media!

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at sales@giftoutsidethebox.shopwithin 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit if eligible.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification when it ships, including tracking details.
