Custom & Personalized Products
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and non-refundable.
Because these items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once production has begun.
This includes items with:

Custom names, initials, or monograms

Specific colors, fonts, or design requests
 - 
Embroidered or sublimated designs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@giftoutsidethebox.shop with:

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging
 - 
A short description of the issue
 
Once we review your claim, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or store credit if eligible.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unused and in their original condition
 - 
Returned in the original packaging
 
Please note:

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
